My career to date can best be described as fast paced, a practical MBA and full of constant learning.

From leading a North American wide $400M, 1,200 person system integrator to starting a data platform company for the amusement industry in 2019 (yes just before COVID) to being the first Chief Revenue Officer of a private equity backed California software company, I have seen a lot, in business and o leadership.

My broad executive experience across sales, customer success and business operations roles provides a platform for my coaching and strategy work.
​
Coaching focuses on tangible outcomes utilizing traditional coaching methods with effective use of mentorship and advisory.

The foundation of my strategy work is the Edge OS. Honed over decades the system puts equal weight on strategy clarity and execution frameworks to ensure strategy is put into action.

Keynote speaking is my passion. Telling stories in impactful and creative ways allows me to share my unique experiences and insights to a large group.
​
When I am not helping my clients, I spend time with my wife, 3 children and dog in the outdoors of Vancouver. I pursue endurance athletics with a small group of friends who like to run, bike or paddle board in the Canadian wilderness. I have decided to embark on a new experiment dipping my toe into improv…..yikes, I still like to get uncomfortable.
